An American descendant of Russian emigrants, together with a Mexican drug lord, are planning an armed seizure of the Crown of the Russian Empire in New York.
Participating in Russia's spy games with the help of the CIA, he steals the crown and 30 tons of gold, frees American prisoners from Russia and sends the Russian president into exile.
